However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to return or exchange a product or seek a refund. To facilitate a smooth process, we have outlined our Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy below.
- Eligibility for Return, Exchange, or Refund:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
- Incorrect Item Received: In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We will rectify the mistake by arranging for the return of the incorrect item and sending you the correct one.
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the unused item(s) within 7 days of delivery. However, please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the returned item(s) in its original condition, we will issue a refund for the product(s) minus any applicable restocking fees.
- Procedure for Return, Exchange, or Refund:
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, exchange, or refund, please contact us via email at milagrohm721@gmail.com or call us at 8810426104. Kindly provide your order details, including the order number, the reason for return or exchange, and any relevant photographs for defective or damaged items.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
- Return Shipping: When returning items, please ensure they are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return the item(s) to us. Please note that we do not accept COD shipments.
- Inspection and Processing: Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition and meet our return policy criteria. We will then proceed with processing your refund, exchange, or replacement.
- Refund and Exchange Process:
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and any restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Exchanges: If you opted for an exchange, we will process the replacement item(s) and ship them to you promptly after receiving the returned item(s) and verifying their eligibility for exchange.
